Doug Goldstein Douglas Goldstein, CEO - is a widely recognized strategist, entrepreneur and eFuturist. He serves as CEO & President of iConecto, Inc. and was the founder, CEO of Health Online, Inc., a venture-backed eHealth company. He also was a co-founder and Vice President of 1-800-DOCTORS, a consumer directed health company. He is the author of 10 widely regarded books on healthcare management, the Internet and eHealth informatics. As a leading eFuturist and keynote speaker Doug focuses on how entertainment and emerging technology is revolutionizing our lives. He is an advisor to the DreamDog Foundation, a 501c3, dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged children. Doug is Six Sigma Black Belt (candidate) and graduated from the University of Michigan with honors.
Doug Goldstein Peter Wilensky, EVP, is a talented innovator, operational and business development executive. Prior to joining iConecto, Peter worked at Zix Corporation, a leading provider of hosted services in email encryption and electronic prescribing, in various roles, most recently as Vice President, Corporate Development and Government Affairs. During his tenure at ZixCorp, Wilensky was responsible at different points for the company's M&A and corporate financing activities, corporate communications, investor and equity analyst relations, government affairs and corporate finance, and he also had served as Director of Business Operations for ZixCorp's e-Prescribing business. Prior to joining ZixCorp, he was a Principal at Windsor Group, LLC, a boutique investment bank specializing in M&A and corporate finance, and has also worked at several consulting firms. Wilensky earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard University and a Master's in Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Doug Goldstein Matthew Kristin, CIO, brings 25+ years of executive experience in predictive analytics, information technology, operations and business development with organizations such as Perot Systems, Clinical Care System, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Tufts and others. He brings extensive knowledge of the cardiology industry based on his leadership role in Clinical Care System. He has a delivered solutions in several industries including; global telecommunications, start-ups, consulting, outsourcing, and health and medical care. Prior to his current role, Mr. Kristin performed in the role of Chief Executive for Clinical Care Systems, a cardiovascular predictive analytics company Director of Research Information Technology for the Tufts Clinical and Translational Science Institute, Sr. Consultant for Perot Systems Corporation in which he held several positions including; Sr. Enterprise Architect for Tufts Medical Center, Director of PÉRADIGM Healthcare Technologies a private Open Source Business Model, and Chief Architect for Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare. Prior to Perot Systems, Mr. Kristin was the Vice President, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for iBasis, Inc. a global Telecommunications service provider. While there, he was responsible for all Information Technology solutions during a period of dramatic organizational growth.
Greg Merril Greg Merril, Chief Game & Experience Developer - is an experienced entrepreneurial executive, program manager, and subject matter expert (SME) in interactive media, modeling & simulation, and human-computer interface (HCI) hardware. Named the 2007 Ernst & Young emerging Entrepreneur of the Year for the Maryland region. He has served as founder for two fast growth wellness and medical product companies. As CEO/Chairman of HT Medical Systems, Inc. he invented and successfully commercialized virtual reality simulations "serious games" for surgical training. In 1996, for his work in virtual reality technology, Mr. Merril was designated a "Hero of the Information Age" by the Smithsonian Institution. His products have won awards including BusinessWeek's "Best Product Design of the Year," and Popular Science's "Best of What's New." Under Mr. Merril's leadership, HT Medical Systems was recognized as one of Maryland's fastest growing technology firms for four consecutive years (1996, '97, '98, '99). In July 2000, Mr. Merril led HT Medical through a $42M merger with Immersion Corp (NASDAQ: IMMR). He is an author on numerous peer reviewed technical papers and inventor on sixteen issued patents. He served as Principal Investigator on numerous federally funded research grants and as a referee/reviewer for government-sponsored and non-profit grants related to medical informatics and virtual reality technologies. A few of his previous accolades include: #1 Top Grossing Educational App for the iPad (GeoBee Challenge) - May 2010; MOBI Award FINALIST – 2010; New York Festival Grand Prize - Interactive Media and (2x) CES Gaming Innovation of the Year ('05 & '06).
Lois Drapin Lois Drapin, Digital and Mobile Innovator & Health Strategist - is the founder of New York- based Drapin & Co., an advisory and consulting firm for companies and investors in the pharmaceutical, technology, and health care sectors. Her approach combines strategic expertise with hands-on execution. Drapin is an innovator and technology pioneer in the transformation of how health care is delivered, accessed, experienced, and perceived by consumers and healthcare professionals. She has worked with both digital and mobile platform assets for consumer- and physician/healthcare professional-facing initiatives, and maintains a special focus on big data, market research, and social media. She has worked in various full-time, consulting and advisory capacities with companies such as WebMD, Wyeth, United Healthcare, Physicians Interactive, Skyscape, Johnson & Johnson, Healthline Networks, and also with emerging companies in social media, contextual targeting, data mining, eCME, women's health, boomer media, and DNA testing. She currently serves on advisory boards for WEGO Health, Clinical Care Options, and I'm Too Young For This! Cancer Foundation. Drapin holds an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master's degree in Health Services Administration from the New School for Social Research in New York.
Julia Loughran Julia Loughran, AI & Serious Games Expert - bringing over 15 years experience in the training and Serious Games industry, her experience spans the market from low-cost online games to high-end interactive simulations. She advises governmental and non-governmental organizations throughout the world. Adept at conducting vendor-neutral comparisons, she identifies which games best fit the customer’s unique needs. She knows how to develop metrics for serious games and employ these in customer evaluations. Julia speaks frequently on the topic of Serious Games. She holds an M.S. degree in Artificial Intelligence/Information Systems from GWU.

She brings extensive knowledge of physician practice operations, digital media development, and health system collaboration to the team.
Blaine Warkentine Blaine Warkentine MD, MBA - is a talented physician executive with extensive experience in orthopedics, mobile health and innovative multimedia solution development. He has designed a series of fitness apps for the iPhone along with plug-in health and medical devices. Maggie Fisher Maggie Fisher, an adult learning and engagement professional - with over 25 years’ experience designing and delivering interactive multimedia environments, managed the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Survivors Network, the first online community connecting cancer survivors, caregivers and their families. Maggie brings a strong background in instructional design and performance improvement providing such services for the U.S. Senate, US Agency for International Development, Bon Secours Health System, Ascension Health and other leading healthcare clients.
Clifford Johnson Clifford Johnson, CPA, Finance - has an extensive background in senior financial roles in insurance, managed care, and healthcare provider organizations. Most recently he was CFO in Raytel Medical Corporation, a cardiac telemedicine company. Throughout his career he has demonstrated an ability to improve financial operations, profitability, and cashflow.
